Our Authenticity Guarantee
Every product sold by Toy Terminal is 100% authentic. Not a replica, not a factory second, not a grey-market import of uncertain origin — the genuine article, in its original manufacturer packaging.
We put that in writing because we know what it is like to buy from overseas and wonder what will actually turn up. Here is exactly how we can make that promise.
Where our products come from
Toy Terminal is operated by Treatspree LLC from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. We buy the way any American retailer buys — from trusted U.S. retailers, wholesalers, and authorized distributors inside the domestic supply chain.
Every item we ship to you is a product that was legitimately placed on the U.S. market by the brand itself or by someone the brand sold it to. Nothing is sourced from unverified third-party marketplaces, liquidation channels of unknown provenance, or overseas manufacturers.
When your parcel leaves our building, it leaves from Texas. It is the same product an American shopper would pick up in an American store.
What "authentic" means here
- Genuine and unaltered. Products arrive exactly as they left the manufacturer — sealed where the manufacturer sealed them, unopened, untampered with.
- Original packaging. We do not repackage, rebox, or relabel products.
- Current stock. We are not clearing out old warehouse inventory of unknown age.
A note on packaging differences
Toys are distributed regionally, and manufacturers periodically refresh their box art, update safety labelling, or produce market-specific editions. This means the packaging you receive may differ in small ways from the images on our website.
These differences do not affect authenticity and they do not affect the product inside. If something arrives in packaging that looks materially different from what you expected, get in touch and we will explain exactly what you have received.
Who we are — and who we are not
Toy Terminal is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands we sell, unless we say so explicitly.
We operate under the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S. Code § 109), the principle in U.S. law that once a genuine product has been lawfully sold, it can be resold without the brand owner's permission — provided the goods are authentic and unaltered. Ours are.
We name brands on our website only to describe what we are selling, accurately and truthfully. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
Safety and age grading
Because we sell toys, authenticity is not only a question of value — it is a question of safety. Counterfeit toys skip the testing that genuine products go through.
Every product we sell carries its manufacturer's original safety testing, age grading, and warnings. Please follow them, particularly warnings covering small parts, button batteries, and magnets. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
If you have a concern
If you ever receive something from us that you believe is not genuine, contact us at support@toyterminal.com with your order number and photographs. We will investigate it immediately and make it right. This is not a policy we quietly hope nobody tests.
