Product Use, Safety & Legal Compliance

Toy Terminal is not liable for delays, confiscations, or additional charges resulting from customs or import laws.

Packaging, labeling, and product variants may differ from what is shown on our website depending on global availability or regional distribution versions. These differences do not affect product authenticity.
Import Duties & Taxes
Toy Terminal participates in international compliance programs to minimize customs friction for our customers:
- Canada: Duties and taxes are fully prepaid. No additional charges upon delivery.
- United Kingdom: VAT is prepaid on orders up to £135.
- European Union (IOSS): VAT is prepaid on orders up to €150, including the EU's €3 customs duty on low-value parcels introduced in July 2026, which the EU charges for each different product type (customs tariff code) in an order.
- All Other Countries: Import duties and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your national customs authority prior to placing an order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toy Terminal, Treatspree LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold in our store. This includes but is not limited to product misuse, personal injury, or loss resulting from reliance on product information.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
