When you add multiple items, our smart cart automatically calculates a discounted combined shipping rate based on total weight, box size, and destination. All prices are in USD, with local currency shown at checkout when available. All orders are shipped with tracking.

While VAT and the EU's โฌ3 customs duty are prepaid for EU orders up to โฌ150, and VAT is prepaid for UK orders up to ยฃ135, certain restricted items (such as products containing lithium batteries) may still incur additional duties or handling charges at customs. Any charges beyond the scope of the EU's IOSS scheme or the UK's low-value import VAT rules are the customer's responsibility.

We hand off your package to our shipping carrier (USPS or international partners). You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Most orders arrive within their stated window. International orders may take 7โ40 days depending on customs and local carriers.

Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be processed and handed over to the shipping carrier โ and a shipment confirmation email has been sent to you. Because we prioritize fast processing to ensure quick delivery, cancellations are not possible once the package has left our warehouse. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us right away and we'll do our best to assist you.
It depends on your country. Canadian customers receive their orders delivered duty-paid โ no surprise charges at the door. For EU customers, VAT and the EU's โฌ3 customs duty on low-value parcels (charged per product type) are prepaid on orders up to โฌ150, and for UK customers, VAT is prepaid on orders up to ยฃ135, so most orders arrive without additional fees. Please note that certain restricted items may still incur additional duties at customs regardless of order value. For all other countries, import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility upon importation into their country. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
